How long will shipping take?
Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered before checkout. Once payment is complete, you may not be able to change the shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Estimated delivery times to the lower 48 states within the United States will be approximately 4 to 5 business days. These are estimated average delivery guidelines but are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. For example, please note that USPS First-Class Mail typically takes 4 to 7 business days to most locations in the contiguous U.S., while Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. territories may take much longer. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by operational conditions, weather conditions, security concerns, etc.
For shipping to Spain, Mexico, or Colombia, it may take 3 to 4 weeks from the time the order is placed. Sometimes, it may take longer due to customs clearance. Please provide us with your full address, including your country's postal code.

Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at SACASUSA.com, we will be happy to issue a refund for items returned in new condition within 30 days of receipt.
How do I make a return?
Log in to your SACASUSA account.
Find the order in "My Order," click the "Return Item" button.
Select the items you wish to return, state the reasons, and submit.
Print the return label and affix it securely to the outside of the return package.
Drop your package off at your nearest drop-off location.
Can I return items if they are used, damaged, or have the tags removed?
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Items with non-returnable brands and free gifts cannot be returned.
You can return items within 30 days of purchase, with some exceptions:
A. Items that cannot be returned: Clothing that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or that has had hygiene tags or stickers removed. Grocery and food products. Health and personal care items. Some gifts. Some personalized products. Some underwear orders.
B. The return period for most electronics is 30 days from the date of purchase, depending on the supplier. If an item is eligible for return and refund, you can return it within the return period. You must ship your return package within 7 days of submitting your return request. You cannot return items after the return window has closed.
Is return shipping free? Return shipping is free for your first return for EVERY order within 30 days of purchase. If you have already returned items from an order and wish to return additional items from that same order, you may still do so as long as the 30-day window has not expired. We recommend trying to ship your returned items in a single shipment to avoid paying additional fees. This will also likely minimize the environmental impact of multiple returns. For second and subsequent refunds for the same order, you can use the return label we provide and must pay a shipping fee of $8.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of non-SACASUSA products. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Canceling Items or Orders You can cancel items or orders that have not shipped by emailing us at contact@sacasusa.com. After submitting the cancellation request, we will send a confirmation email to the email address on your account.
Refund Policy We will issue a credit for the item(s) as soon as we receive them. Shipping and handling fees will be refunded if the return is due to our error. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

Damaged/Defective Item Policy
We will offer an exchange or refund for any item received damaged or defective as long as damaged items are reported within 5 days of receipt and defective items are reported within 7 days of receipt.
How will I receive my refund?
Your request will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original account of your payment.
