This balloon tying tool strip kit comes with the following:

Flower Clips - Material: Premium plastic which can be reusable for many times.
The size of each flower clip is about 2.5 inches in diameter, one clip can fix 5 or 6 balloons at a time. After inflating the balloon, pass the balloon knot through each slot to the center and each hole; then adjust the shape. You can combine different colors to get different style of flowers.
